Rob joined Mortimore & Associates in 2004, bringing to the practice a range of experience obtained from other medium sized Gold Coast law firms.

Rob works to achieve a prompt high level of service to clients and providing the best possible outcome in a variety of commercial areas of law.  Rob has assisted clients with the development of both large and small residential and commercial ventures and is also actively involved in property development, property conveyancing, business sales and purchases, commercial leasing, franchising, company structuring including formation and dissolution of partnerships and joint ventures.  Rob also has valuable exprience in the areas of Local Government and Town Planning & Environment Law.

This experience is further augmented by Rob's former associations with private developers, the Barossa Council and the State Government in South Australia.  During State Planning and legislative reform and amendment process the perceptions and views of various stakeholders were gained which asisted in the preparation of submissions and advice and the negotiation and mediation of numerous matters to a mutually agreed and cost effective resolution.  The Master of Laws degree Rob has completed has an emphasis on Planning & Environment, Alternative Dispute resolution, Mediation and Negotiation which shall further enhance Rob's repertoire.

Apart from being a former student of Bond Univesity, Rob is currently an elected member of Bond University Limited.
