Mark Mortimore has resided on the Gold Coast since 1978. He graduated from University of Queensland in 1984 and was subsequently admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland. Commencing work with McLaughlin Gordon Lennon in 1985, Mark was a partner from 1987 to 1994 and thereafter established Mortimore & Associates.

Mark has extensive commercial law experience and expertise having acted for a number of prominent local developers, businessmen and companies. The areas of commercial work include:-

• Contractual documentation for buying and selling property including shopping centres, development land, unit development and resorts;
• Commercial and retail leasing;
• Business and share acquisitions;
• FIRB advice; and
• Commercial litigation.
